KUALA LUMPUR, May 20 — The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah was conferred an Honourary Doctorate of Philosophy in Leadership by the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) today.
